Reflection

For my final post of my blog I am doing a reflection. It is about what I learned over the topic and what was the most challenging part.
What I learned over the topic is what a blog really is. Before I thought it was just a website. And thought it was only for weird people. But really it is not. A blog is a website but there is more to it. Like you can comment on other peoples. And can also write a new post everyday.
Also learned about Bams life. I learned that his life isnt just crazy stuff. He can be very serious person. Such as when his best friend Ryan Dunn died, bam was very sad and showed emotions that people never thought he had.
What was most difficult about this post was finding person information on Bam. It was hard because he is a celebrity and not much is out there about his personal life. The most interesting thing I found out about Bam is that his real maiden name is Brandon. But he changed it.
What was also challenging about creating this blog is having the correct amount of words in each post. Most all the posts had a minimum of 300 words. Most of the topics it was hard to find information on him because he is personal about his life.
The most rewarding thing during the blog is completing it. It wasn’t very hard to complete it but was very rewarding to me.
What also felt rewarding to me is getting a decent grade on this project. At first I thought to myself that I am going to fail it and not do good. But I tried and succeeded.
So that is what I learned during the blog.

Bam Margera has a lot of accomplishments. This post will show his top 5 accomplishment in my opinion. His biggest one is starting up his own tv show called Viva La Bam.
Out of the top five accomplishments that I picked this is number 5. Bam kayaking, Bam one day decided to go off a 100 foot cliff in a kayak. Moments after the fall he was laughing and had a big smile that he completed it. But after that he realized that he was badly injured. Then went straight to E.R.
Number four in my eyes is when Bam stared in a video game. Bam got to be in Tony Halks underground 2. The game is about skateboarding. For accomplishment number three. Becoming a professional skater. Bam became a “skating pro” at age 13! Ever since 13 he as never been broke. He is now sponsored by the skating company Element and many more. He loves the sport and his parents are very proud of him.

Finally the best for last. The best accomplishment Bam Margera ever had was starting up his very own t.v. on MTV. The show’s about Bams everyday life. Those are Bams greatest accomplishments that I believe he has done.

Compare and contrast

Viva La Bam is a huge tv show on MTV. It features Bam Margera and his family and close friends. Some MTV fans love this show and some MTV fans also hate this show. The MTV fans that love the show love it because Bam is super crazy and outgoing. But others hate the show because they think is very inappropriate.
Bam Margera is a good show to watch because it teaches kids lessons. For example. Bam does crazy stuff like renting out the Mall of America. That teaches kids that they should not waste their money on stupid stuff like that. “His adolescent behavior is all-the-more pathetic because he’s close to 30 years old.” That teaches kids not to end up like him.
On the other hand, a lot of MTV watchers say that Bam is a super bad influence on people and his show is super bad. Many people say that he swears way to much and is also bad because of how irresponsible he is.”Bam’s obviously got a pretty large MTV-sponsored allowance, but his pranks are not that funny or creative. Along the way, there’s lots of swearing, rowdy laughter, and mistreatment of Bam’s ineffectual parents and uncle (In the derby episode, Bam and his friends take apart his uncle’s car piece by piece, then, while planning out the derby, leave piles of dirt in the house for his mother to clean).”Pavao”
There are,similarities of how Bam’s show is good or bad. They both show that Bam lives his life to the fullest and they way that he wants. Even if he puts others in danger or even hurt his own families feelings.
The differences in belief of the show being good or bad is just about everything. Bam is very crazy and does not care what people think of him.
In my opinion Bam’s t.v. Show is super funny but at the same time totally not for kids. I just think that he likes to live life to the fullest.

How to ollie

Bam Margera is famous for his skills in skateboarding. The number one thing to learn on a skateboard is the ollie. The ollie is the most basic trick in skateboarding there is. Every person that knows how to skateboard knows what the ollie is.

1. To start of with the ollie you should know that skateboarding is a dangerous sport. People are always getting hurt. Also should take it very serious. You need to mentally prepare for this sport.

2.The next step is to learn how to ollie is the be comfortably good at free riding. You should get used to your board and learn not to fear.

3. Taking off “Get going on your skateboard at a comfortable speed. Place your front foot near the middle of your board, about two inches from your bolts. Put your back foot on the tail”. Once you are use to that you then bend down the spring up throwing your knees into your chest.

4.After you fail at doing that A lot you become a lot more conferrable with skateboarding. Now with the landing “Come down comfortably with your knees bent and both feet on the board. You should land with all 4 wheels at the same time, with both feet over the bolts”. But most importantly don’t fall on your face.

5. Once you land on it one time, keep doing it until you master the ollie. The ollie is one of the most basic skateboarding tricks. When you master it try another trick such as the pop shove it. Another basic trick.

So now that you know how to perform the ollie on a skateboard. Go bye a skateboard and try it. Bam Margera is a multi million air because of this sport. That could be you!

Crazy death

One of Bams best friends is Ryan Dunn; he is also a star on jackass. Dunn and Bam were best buds. “The pair died in a fiery crash at around 2:38 Monday morning. Dunn may have been speeding at the time, and though he had been drinking alcohol, the initial police report did not indicate that intoxication was suspected as part of the reason for the crash.” That night made Bam realize that drinking and driving is really serious. One of bams quotes says “When you’re drunk, you always think you’re not. If you even drink at all don’t get behind the wheel.”. Bam was extremely sad for weeks, he did not talk much, and wanted to be by himself. Now everyday when bam gets up he needs to think to himself about his lost “brother”

Bam Margera is a crazy dude. One of his craziest and outrages stunts Bam has done is starting his own T.V show about his life. The show Viva La Bam features bam and his family and close friends. There show is all about stunts and skateboarding. Bam is a famous skateboarder that spends his money on stupid stuff like renting out mall of america just for him and his friends. Bam started to skate board when he was eight or nine. He turned pro when he was sixteen when he went on the Tony Hawk tour. He has been pro for 9 years and has been skating for 15 years. Being a pro skater was his childhood dream. Also he’s in the movie Grind, a few months ago he wrapped up his Element tour, he also is all dome with the T.V show viva la Bam. Now he stated up Bams unholy union. He dropped out of high school his junior year to take skateboarding a lot more serious.”He attended East High School; however, he dropped out when his best friend Chris Raab, who was the only reason he went to high school, was expelled for smearing feces on a locker. He did go on to receive his GED”. Bam also has alot of sponsors such element Skateboards, Spitfire Wheels, Adio Footwear, Electric Visual, and Fairman’s skate shop. “Bam Margera is a member of Team Element, which is the demonstration team for Element Skateboards”. That is a little more on Bam Margera.

Bam Margera, what will he do next? Is how Bam starts his T.V. Show Viva La Bam. He also starts in some other shows such as Jack Ass and Bam’s unholy reunion. His shows are about crazy stunts performed by Bam and his friends. Bam Margera is who I am doing my blog about because he is my favorite T.V. Star. Bam is known for his Skateboarding. He is a professional skateboarder and decided to make a show about his crazy life and experiences. I also choose him because he does all the stuff I don’t dare do, such as backflips on a red-bull air plane. What I plan on righting is stuff about his childhood. Such as when he was a kid. And also about his daily life. Bam motivates a ton of time for his friends and such.
